Light green gold. Lightly aromatic, a little mineral, slight vanilla. Full bodied, citrus attack, nice fruity mid palate, soft, reasonably long. Would keep at least two years.
Dense blackcurrant hue with little age. Fruity cabernet sauvignon nose, a hint of animal development, cloves. Soft ripe fruit, ripe tannins, drinking well but will keep 5 to 8 years.
Dense with a bit of age. Very intense aromas, blackberries, pepper, grass, mint, interesting. Fruity, soft, tannins, intense, slightly warm mid palate, plenty of length.
Dense with a bit of age. Meaty notes, with some vegetal and fruit notes, a lot going on here. Fruity attack, light tannins, full mid palate, quite long.
Dense with a little age. Very animal nose, quite aromatic with bell pepper notes. Fruity, sweet attack, soft tannins, intense, subtle, serious, quite long, keep 5 to 10 years.
Dense, with some age. Rich nose, stewed fruit, black fruits, intense, interesting and inviting. Soft sweet fruity attack, ready now but will keep another 10 years, very long.

Fresh sauvignon blanc nose, mineral, aromatic but not special.
Good fruity attack, slight bitterness, soft mid palate, good length.
