served blind. thought it was a rhone white with notes of honeysuckle and nectarine. not the best example of ramonet batard. drink up.

absolutely singing. sweet and floral with just enough earthy undertone to add complexity. pure joy.
another disappointing bottle. beefy and thick with little charm.
opened for 2 hours but decanted for 30 minutes prior to serving. smoky and plummy. plenty of finesse.
opened for 2 hours but decanted for 30 minutes prior to serving. mildly exotic but nowhere near its billing.
nothing like its usual. somewhat synthetic. plastic flowers. probably corked.
great structure with complex notes of tobacco, spice and lead pencil. top notch.
I usually love this wine, but got put off by its initial dusty/sweaty aroma. a bit greener than usual. not its best showing by a long way.
