  Starting dinner at Hedone. Served by the glass.
  Same good stuff, same good vibes from this producer.
  Lovely even with chorizo, great with that oyster.
  In any case it can't match 1968 Calvados I enjoyed at finish.
  
  Para comenzar la cena en el Hedone. Servida por copas.
  La misma calidad, las mismas buenas vibraciones de este productor.
  Rica incluso con el chorizo, gigante con aquella ostra.
  En cualquier caso a una altura menor que ese Calvados del 68 que disfruté como sobremesa.

  Having dinner at Hedone in Chiswick. Always nice to rest in an Ikea environment but understanding his cooking-way, despite that onion is to go too far. Overall a nice experience helped by a friendly staff and a happily owner.
  This pricey bottle was really effective matching that seven courses menu.
  More than ready, a earthy aroma with that rustic touch we really appreciated in Lafarge was showed on the nose.
  Softie yet complete and tasty on the palate giving me long seconds of pleasure. Drink up.
  
  Cenando en el Hedone en Chiswick. Siempre es bueno descansar en un ambiente Ikea entendiendo su forma de cocinar, a pesar de que esa cebolla es ir demasiado lejos. Ante todo una satisfactoria experiencia ayudada por un amigable equipo y un dueño feliz de su propio éxito.
  Esta cara botella fue realmente efectiva maridando ese menú de siete platos.
  Más que lista, mostró una nariz terrosa con ese toque rústico que nos gusta de verdad en una Lafarge.
  Suavecita aunque sabrosa y completa en boca dando largos segundos de placer. Para beber.

• 2012 Danzante Pinot Grigio

  Served by the glass at Frescobaldi bar in the wine shop in Harrods.
  Not-bad-at-all PG, dense enough on the palate and typically aromatic on the nose. Easy drink anyway.
  
  Servido por copas en el bar Frescobaldi dentro de la tienda de vinos de Harrods.
  Un PG no mal del todo, lo suficientemente denso en boca y típicamente aromático en nariz. De todas formas un trago fácil.

• 2011 Fanny Sabre Pommard Vieilles Vignes

  Stop thinking it's crazy to try at this point a 2011 Pommard VV like this. Even more, when it's coming from an unknown producer as Sabre is to me, better thing is to drink it ASAP.
  It was my election at Hutong in London after an Aussie PN, refused cause had no cork.
  Nothing memorable but a honest aromatic effort , a light strength and an easy drink on the palate.
  Truly spectacular show was that outstanding 🔸️roasted duck(15/20), those delicious 🔸️prawns dumplings (14/20) and an extraordinary🔸️red lantern (14/20) . Hong Kong revival.
  Those were views, have to say. City also included.
  
  No pienses que es de locos intentar beberse una botella de Pommard del 2011 ahora. Si es de un productor desconocido como este es mejor bebértela cuanto antes.
  Fue mi elección en el Hutong de Londres después de rechazar un PN australiano que no tenía corcho.
  Nada memorable salvo un esfuerzo aromático notable, una fuerza ligera y un trago fácil en boca.
  Lo verdaderamente espectacular fue ese pato laqueado fuera de lo común esos deliciosos saquitos de gambas y esa extraordinaria linterna roja. Una mirada atrás a Hong Kong.
  Tengo que decir que aquellas eran vistas, incluidas las de la ciudad.
