2011 Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon Estate

Medium color. Aromas of cracked pepper, anise, currant and leather. Well balanced and elegant on the palate, showing leathery cedary currant flavors with nice depth. Big tannins and moderate acid. Depth on the finish, but needs time. I really like this one.
