Dark ruby. Very expressive nose of sour cherry jam, sweet spices, sultanas and black currants. Medium+ bodied, soft tannins, balanced with bright acidity. Medium to long aftertaste. A terrific value.
Very dark purple. Attractive nose with dark berries, blackberry jam, evident oak, sweet spices and green pepper. Almost full-bodied with soft tannons, balancing acidity, rich fruit and a medium-long peppery aftertaste.
Dark ruby-garnet. The nose is dominated by aromas of smoke, bacon and cold cuts with some red berry fruit in the background. Medium-bodied with fiem tannins, good fruit concentration and fresjness and high acidity. Medium+ aftertaste.
Very dark, opaq. The nose is dominated by luxurious sweet oak at this stage alongside prunes, chocolate, blackberries and sweet spices. Full-bodied, dense and velvety-textured with big fruit, yet balanced and by no means cloying. Very long aftertaste. This is still a baby. Cellar for 3-5 more years.
This is a characterful and classy white. The wine sees no oak but stays more than 30 months on the lees. It's colour is bright straw of medium depth. On the nose it is initially shy, mineral and yeasty but with aeration it reveals peach, citrus and even tropical fruits like mango, alongside white pepper. Very complex and refined. On the palate it is medium to full-bodied, balanced with amazing freshness given the age. Long aftertaste. This is still in its youth and needs another couple of years in the cellar to deploy its full potential. Then it might merrit an even higher score.
Medium ruby. Freshness on the nose with red cherry fruit and obvious carbonic maceration character. Medium-bodied and soft with a medium aftertaste. Simple to a fault.
Almost odorless with only some hints of lime. Light-bodied with ridiculously high, disjoint acidity. Medium length. Might be good to pair with certain wine-killer dishes.
Medium to dark yellow with some green hues. Expressive nose with tropical fruit, apple, white flowers and some green scents. Medium-bodied, pleasent and balanced with a long aftertaste. Very pleasent, aromatic white to sip on its own or pair with mostly asian dishes.
A decent method traditionele fizzy. Light straw colour. Very slow and uniform bubbling with cordon forming in the middle. Intense yeast/autolysis aromas on the nose alongside some floral nuances. Medium-bodied, balanced, refreshing with nice length.
Medium to dark straw with green hues. Nose of medium intensity with pear and intense minerality. Medium-bodied with crispy acidity and good length. A serious white.
