Scents of dried apples and lemon zest show on this crisp nose. On the palate, rich lemon curd starts things out, quickly followed by a core of full acidity. It reminds me of lemon juice squeezed over a barely ripe apple. It's crisp, fresh, and light, and the acidity lingers on the finish.

Mineral notes on the nose, showing stony earth and some lime zest. Young apples with a touch of core show on the palate. A hint of honey sits behind the apple flavors. The suggestions on the nose play out on the mid palate, and a faint edge of bitterness gives structure towards the finish.

The nose is a bit austere right now, showing bare soil and scents of yellow flowers. When tasted, yellow apple flavors show right away along with a touch of cream, and later some apple peel flavors come into play. As it evolves, the apples show great depth. A long and slow build of acid is enjoyable, slowly rising above the richness and creating some nice evolution. 90+

Scents of crisp apple, almonds, and full on lemon zest pack a punch on the nose. When tasted, it's gentle and smooth with a light spine of pure lemon acidity. A hint of almonds sits around the edge of the palate. Pure full apples with a hint of honey behind them show fully on the mid palate, and last very well into the finish. A faint hint of peach shows in the background of the mid palate as well. The rich apple flavors and lemon zest run out long together providing complexity and balance into a great finish. Excellent!

Tart young apple scents are coupled with aromas of full lemon zest. When tasted, the texture has some spritz to it, and a touch of banana flavors work with fresh peach peels and lime zest. It's pretty straight forward, but enjoyable.

The nose shows good complexity, with lemon, grape, and stone scents mixing in the glass. Limes and lemons are bright and crisp on the palate. Overall, it's ripe, juicy, and decadent, and electric acidity slowly grows to balance the fruit and dry the palate very nicely. The fruit is excellent on the front end, as is the evolution this goes through across the palate. Lovely!

Mineral scents of stones and cold streams are present while pure peach scents hide delicately in the background. Ripe peach shows quickly on the palate, backed by great green apple acidity. It's clean and clear all across with the mid palate sweetened by ripe peaches and spiced by gooseberries.

Oranges and nectarines show on the nose, along with another fruit flavor underneath them that I can't quite identify. When tasted, an amazing core of fruit presents itself. Plums and peaches are clear, deep, and very long lasting. The acidity has a great feel to it, and the structure and flavors seem to echo around the palate for a very long time.

This nose is a little funky, with scents of stones and ice, as well as lemons. When tasted, flowers and honey on entry yield to plums and sweet oranges. Flower honey adds sweetness, and good, tart acidity makes an appearance later. The funky note on the nose faintly shows on the palate as well, and distracts a little from the enjoyable fruit. This may be related to the yeast, and will fade with a little more time in bottle.

The nose here is light, with a bit of orange peel showing. Pure gooseberries and nectarines deliver a long slow evolution on the palate. The acidity works with the fruit to balance things, and it lingers long. I got caught up in a conversation here, and wasn't able to score it.

The nose reminds me of a stream, and scents of golden fruit float around the edges. When tasted, a glorious wash of light peach hits the palate right away. The acidity rises to make the mouth water, and the intensity of the fruit grows to match it. The primary peach flavors subside into deep and engaging fruit while the acidity keeps things fresh. Everything rises to a great crescendo, and stays there for a long and captivating duration. This is striking!

The nose has notes of light lemonade and yellow flowers. It's light on contact, with floral flavors mixing with bright yellow apples. The acidity has the texture of green apples, and it grows under the yellow apple flavors. A touch of gooseberry appears here as well.

Fresh rhubarb scents mingle with mountain stream minerality and deep, full peach scents. When tasted, it's like a bite of a great peach, with the skin intact, along with a crisp zip of rhubarb. Everything sits so gently on the palate! The length is solid, with peaches and honey backed by great acidity bringing lots to enjoy. On the finish, everything fades very slowly, like the echoes of a bell.
