Apple and pear with some musk and spice. Dosage sticks out a bit on the palate and I feel like the fruit is lacking a bit of depth for this to be better than good.
Slate, orange and pineapple on the nose. Feels very dry on the palate, this probably needs food to show its best. Nice tension and restraint even with some tropical flavours behind it.
Very sulphur heavy on the nose - also a little lemon and grape. I like the soft touch of sugar on the palate but it's a touch boring overall. I feel like it is probably just in an awkward stage at the moment and should be better in a few years.
Apple, nuttiness from some light oxidization and orange peel. Good acidity, and nice fullness of fruit. The oxidization gives it a little bit more interest and is better for having it.
France, Burgundy, Côte de Nuits, Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru
Cola, full black fruits, some spice and light earth. The palate is quite astringent considering how much fruit is on the nose. It's still good but one of the less good bottles I've had from this producer.
France, Burgundy, Côte de Nuits, Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru
Stem, cherry, rose and smoke. Tannins are present on the palate, but they are fine and balance nicely with the youthful fruit. Continues to track nicely for development over the medium term.
Some peach, carbonic, chocolate, pencil shavings and meaty aromas. The palate has good structure and a little grip along with a mineral element that keeps it bright and clean. Very good.
Dried blackcurrant, licorice, camphor and savoury spices. Really fine structure with some nice grip from the tannins. Draws itself out across its length. Doesn't pretend to be from any time other than its vintage and I like it for it.
Menthol and raspberry, peppery spice, blueberry and chocolate on the nose. Still shows plenty of primary fruit on the palate, but there is also detail and texture behind the fruit while also having freshness from the acid profile. Really lovely wine.
Olive, meaty, spice, smoke and cherry aromas - plenty of interest to it. The texture is fantastic on the palate, I really adore the flavour profile and the balance is excellent. Super length and depth. Good bottles of this are drinking well but will continue on well into the future.
Apple, slate, smoke, mandarin and floral notes on the nose. The palate is delicious, with beautiful pure fruit and great balancing acidity - the sweetness is barely apparent with the mineral profile taking centre stage. Would go fantastically well with or without food.

Floral, chalk, some matchstick and pear. Pure with good balance, there is some flesh on the palate but it has drive as well. Really good length.
