The best flight. Carillon stand out but both Boillot would have won easily in other flights

Not much to go up against but Ponsot from Ramonet was the obvious winner with its classic mint notes.

  advanced color but complex nose. Honeyed oily with mint notes. Good complex palate with long finish. From the cork looks like this is from Ramonent
