    Very similar to my previous note from May 2015; an elegant and stylish rendition of the Narince theme, this time with a gentle honeyed aspect noted in particular.

    A blend of Cabernet-Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and Mourvèdre, made with organic grapes. produced in cooperation with Xavier Vignon, 18 months in French oak, 14.3% ABV, 570 cases produced. Impressive wine, powerful and flavoursome, warm and rich but with the freshness and tannic backbone of the Cabernet-Sauvignon for balance.
