Everybody had to bring two wines to taste fully blind by the other participants. The order of the flight is just a wild guess because we don’t know which wines the other participants brought. We try to start with light and simple and older, to more full bodied, more complex and younger. Someone starts and then the others follow when they think it is the right moment. And -to be honest- in most cases it works nicely.
2015 Domaine Sylvaine & Alain Normand Mâcon La Roche-Vineuse 88 Points
France, Burgundy, Mâconnais, Mâcon La Roche-Vineuse
In the bouquet white fruits like pear and peach as well as some citrus. On the palate white fruits like green apples, peach, a slight touch of sweetness, pleasant citrus acidity and grapefruit in the finish. Really good and clean wine.

2014 Clos Capitoro Ajaccio Blanc 84 Points
France, Corsica, Ajaccio
Special unfamiliar bouquet with asparagus and litchi. On the palate apples and soft minerals. Green apple acidity and round. Not really outspoken.
