Complex and open nose, citrus, apple, smoky depth, hints of hay and of fudge; silky and seamless style, elegant and playful, fresh but rounded, pure flavours; lovely resonance and length.
Rich but lively colour; deep and impressive nose of smoky minerality and ripe fruit, rich but aromatic and with lovely floral lift, peach and citrus fruit; the palate is ripe and rounded, mature but still juicy and fresh, with a very attractive hint of Breuer angularity, powerful but elegant, seamless and playful; energetic finish with subtle bitters, hints of peach and honey, very good length. Wonderful individuality and sense of place. Develops well in the glass.

Finished in Yquem casks, according to the sommelier. Intense, heather and honey, rounded and smooth, citrus and a hint of vanilla, well- balanced, fresh, friendly yet intense, very long. Impressive.
Displays a lovely balance between mineral freshness, ripe fruit (cassis) and tertiary aromas (undergrowth, hint of fresh nuts), juicy and ripe but not weighty (in spite of 14% ABV), mature but fresh, silky and supple, very gentle tannins and perfectly integrated ripe acidity, hint of almond milk on the finish, very good length. Seems a bit older than I would expect at this age. (Note: clearly Oh Dae-Su's tasting note refers to a different wine; this is the top cuvée, not the basic one).
Deep and spicy, youthful and grippy, slightly porty (13.5% ABV), glossy black fruit, concentrated, herbs and minerals, pure flavours, very energetic and very good length. Impresses but needs another 5 years and will last.
100% Scheurebe. Vibrant mousse, yeast and grapes, flowers and fruit, not too sweet (in spite of more than 60 grams of residual sugar), juicy and delicious, only 6% ABV, nice phenolic grip. I'd rather drink this than most Moscato d'Asti.
