it's been long time since I noted the group
this time I prepared several special cheeses, such as Epoisse, Tom de chevre, Saint Maure, Camembert, and few more; Jamon, prosciutto, "shinken", salami and liver paste
for main course I cooked in the over for 3.5 a 2.5kg lamb cuisse, rice with porcini and other good staff.
SHEMO's Valrhonna divine dark chocolate cake closed the easting with espresso.
The wines were all very good, if not excellent.
