  fine citrus-lime mineral palate, delicate structured, medium harmony as palate is somewhat less impressing than nose, fine acidity, sharp edges, fine delicate finish & aftertaste; perhaps will improve with another 1-2 hours of air...

We spent 2 hours enjoying relative young wines, that should have been uncorked long before.... but after some time in the glass proved their potential
