  • 2010 Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey Saint-Aubin 1er Cru En Remilly Blanc 92 Points

France, Burgundy, Côte de Beaune, Saint-Aubin 1er Cru

    pale transparent light yellow
excellent fresh fruity-mineral typical character Chardonnay nose with subtle oak-vanilla notes
fine citrus-lime mineral palate, delicate structured, medium harmony as palate is somewhat less impressing than nose, fine acidity, sharp edges, fine delicate finish & aftertaste; perhaps will improve with another 1-2 hours of air...
    can age further 5-10 years

Closing

We spent 2 hours enjoying relative young wines, that should have been uncorked long before.... but after some time in the glass proved their potential
