Black as the night. Creme de cassis, elegant oak and mint on a long and delicious nose. The palate is slightly crisp, with pronounced tannins. Spices and dark soft fruit. Tiny hint of sawdust and noticeable alcohol. This was served blindly. Twice in succession. The only difference was the temperature. I preferred the cold variant (15-16) miles ahead of the hot (19-20). Clearer fruit and the unwanted items such as alcohol and oak were not present in the colder one. The wine is too young now!
Clear and bright light yellow. Pale. A medium amount of small bubbles. Nose with apples and a sweet soda pop. Almost brutal mouthfeel at first and initially very acidic. This calms down eventually the wine appear well balanced. Pronounced taste of green apples with butter tones and some nuts in the ending. Good length. Very good PQR.
Clear, watery. Only hints of yellow color. A fair amount of medium sized bubbles. Very anonymous nose - little to be gained. Powerful mousse with much acid. Some synthetic, unripe fruit. With some air the fruit and the acid Eventually balances itself. Great length.
Dark red, almost black. Complex and rich fragrance; blackcurrant juice, tea leaves. Furthermore undesirable elements like steel, blood, paint and plywood. Palate surprises after the disheartening nose. Springy, with lots of juicy fruit. Tannins are very pleasant and gives the wine a great structure. Well balanced.
Hazel colored and with a hazel smell in addition to evident alcohol. Faint resemblance to Cognac on the nose. Concentrated and very sweet palate. Medium length.
Chestnut coloured with wide brim. Looks mature. Rosepetals and tar on an otherwise juicy and slightly sweet nose. Palate is not that elegant. Still much tannins while the wine feels thin and with little fruit left. Evident alcohol.
A very good, young Barolo. The producer is one of the modernists in Barolo. Maroon red color. Classic nose of roses, red fruit, hints of tar and a little bit of alcohol sting. Long palate with nice fruit throughout the tastecurve. Ends with clear red floury apples. Tannins keeps the wine up and is not unpleasant.

Very untypical for what I associate with CC! Nose and look like a tempranillo. Lots of tannins totally blocking the fruit. Flawed bottle?
