A very distinctive style.

    A blend of 97% Listán Negro and 3% Listán Blanco, 90 year old ungrafted vines, 0.75ha parcel, aged on the lees in neutral oak for 11 months, 13.5% ABV. Explosive nose of roses and red peppers, honey, hint of red meat, graphite, sweet raspberries, reductive minerality; silky and seamless palate, crushed red berries, elegant and energetic, perfectly integrated tannins, warm spices, creamy texture, intensity without weight, excellent resonance and length. Chambolle Premier Cru from Tenerife. Goosebumps.
