Pears, caramel and cat pee. Rich extraction in the bright fruit however the alcohol is quite distracting. Not a very good showing for this wine. Could this bottle be off? 15% alcohol.

Pretty floral nose. Pears and caramel. Rich and concentrated. Some bitterness on the finish. The acidity seems to be missing. This wine is nothing like what I had a week ago. Off bottle.

Petrol, oil, pear and apple. This wine seems odd and not comparable to other bottles I've had in the past.

1995 Moët & Chandon Champagne Cuvée Dom Pérignon 90 Points
France, Champagne
Pear, tangerine, lime zest, grapefruit, crushed shells and limestone. There was an odd saltiness to this wine. Mid palate was clipped but had a long finish.
