Very good presentation in a very nice location. Perfect conditions, perfect stemware, very good food. 50 EUR pP
Please remember:
Molitor does NOT designate the wines on the lable as dry! For him, they are sensory dry but not legally, so expect wines with residual sugar up to 10-11gr/l

Ambitious pricing, 24 EUR. Far too young. This is more like a Spätlese or Auslese style. High extract and phenol. At the moment: 90+, bad PQR

Hard to rate in comparison to the two star Auslese. Quite closed. Very high extract, fine, elegant fruit, seems to be less mineral than the two star versions, some residual sugar (> 9gr). Needs at least 10+ years. NR

Hard to rate in comparison to the two star Auslese. Quite closed and locked. Quo Vadis? More mineral than the Himmelreich three star Auslese. Very high extract, some residual sugar (> 9gr). Molitor showed a 2007 version of this wine which was astonishing. If this will develop accordingly than: BUY. But I don’t really know. Very high extract, fine, elegant fruit, seems to be less mineral than the two star versions. Needs at least 10+ years. NR

Even if there were some nice wines, I don't fully get the green capsules. It's a bit of "you can't have your cake and eat it". They are somewhere in between and some wines are more like golden capsules...

Nope, not my wine. Had much better Bockstein Kabinetts from 2016 in the last three days. NR

Nose is quite muted and not as herbal/spicy as expected. A bit less residual sugar than the Badstube Kabinett, good tension and pressure on the palate, missing spiciness is on the palate, good length. 90-91+

These wines need a hell lot of time, at least 15+ years for the Auslese ***. For some wines I had the feeling that they lack acidity. It will be interesting to see, how they develop.

More like a light Auslese, very ripe and beautiful fruit, concentrated, good interaction between sweetness and acidity, long. 91+

Nose: more intense than the two star Auslese, fine pear. Palate: clear, precise, fully ripe fruit without or very few botrytis, elegant, lots of extract. But: what happened with the acidity??? Is it there? I am not sure, how this will age. Not rated.

The * Eiswein is a litte step up from the regular Eiswein. It is a bit more intense and very looong, but still not what I had expected. PQR questionable.

Drinking Eiswein is always a pleasure. This one is not as intense on nose and palate as I expected. Certainly high extract, ripe, clean fruit and good length, but not as complex, long and intense as I hoped. Better PQR as the * Eiswein.

All wines from 2007 were excellent, stunning and great. Molitor wines can age and grow perfectly.

Nose: Fine intense perfume of slate and petrol. Palate: Saltiness, intense, lots of extract, nice orange notes and bitter orange zests, veery long. Great wine that shows, how well Molitors wines can age and be after a decade in the cellar. Not even at its peak and potential for further ageing of at least 5-10+. 94-95

Finest and most chiseled nose of all Pinots today, maybe a bit too “German”. Veery elegant, pressure and tension, needs a lot of time (5-7+ years) to drink. PQR questionable. 91 with potential to 93++
