  From magnum. Very oxidized but with slightly aromas developing ranches of nuts. Very light in the mouth, in terms of texture, but with length and good depth. Recommended.
  
  De una botella magnum abierta hace tiempo. Muy oxidada pero desarrollando aromas ligera mente ranchos a frutos secos. Muy ligero en boca en cuanto a textura pero con longitud y una buena profundidad. Recomendada.

• NV Equipo Navazos La Bota de Fino 24 "que va para Amontillado"

  We begin with nuances, extravagances and as we do not have enough with the usual (wine from "13 vessels" from Perez Barquero winery) with "fino wine" we opted to speak of "fino evolving towards amontillado". Anyway ... Certain elegance, a lot of softness and little length. In my humble opinion this, if nothing else, goes for an unsophisticated Palo Cortado, without any grip, nor depth ... And oh my mightily Lord keep my taste free!
  
  Comenzamos con los matices, las extravagancias y como no tenemos suficiente con las habituales (vino procedente de "13 vasijas" de Perez Barquero) con llamarlo "vino fino" nos decantamos por hablar de "fino evolucionando hacia amontillado". En fin ... Cierta elegancia, mucha suavidad y escasa longitud. En mi humilde opinión esto, si acaso, va para un palo cortado vulgar, sin agarre ni profundidad alguna ... Y ¡qué dios me conserve el gusto!

• NV Larmandier-Bernier Longitude

  France, Champagne, Champagne Premier Cru

  Served by the glass from a bottle opened last nite. If compared with last latitude this is more direct, more refreshing and complex, mineral and dry with aromas of thyme and rosemary. Smoked touches of bacon and chimney too.
  Saline memories in the mouth that give way to slightly lactic sensations. Good depth and length. Not on the oxidative type but more than a simple fine. Perfect form.
  
  Servida por copas de una botella abierta a las 02.30h de la madrugada. Mucho más directo más refrescante y complejo, mineral con aromas a tomillo y a romero.
  Toques ahumados de panceta y a chimenea.
  Recuerdos salinos en boca que dan paso a sensaciones ligeramente. Buena profundidad y longitud. No del tipo oxidativo pero más que rico. Muy en su sitio.

  Pure incense on the nose with those decadent saline touches.
  Very weak in the mouth only endured by acidity and that slight bitterness. Nothing memorable.

  Muy débil en boca solo aguantado por la acidez y un ligero amargor. Nada memorable.

  From a new bottle. As always a pleasure. Freshly baked cakes, spices from India, subtle citrus notes.
  On the place it goes to incense and floods everything. Invade the glass.
  I also like in the mouth with length and that literally dry sweetness. Dosage 9 g/l.
  
  De una botella nueva. Como siempre un placer. Pasteles recién horneados, las especias de la India, sutiles notas cítricas.
  En el local se pasan de incienso y lo inunda todo. Invade las copasz
  Me gusta también en boca con longitud y ese dulzor seco.

  That cherry licorice so well done, so boring, so obvious. Even so, you can feel the clay on the nose.
  The palate is ... simply pleasant but without any with else.
  Aqueous texture, some heat and an ordinary acidity. Nothing memorable.
  
  Ese regaliz de cereza tan bien hecho, tan aburrido, tan obvio. Aun así se siente la arcilla en nariz.
  En boca es ... sencillamente agradable pero sin más.
  Textura acuosa, algo de calor y acidez muy justita. Nada memorable.

• 2011 Domaine Denis Bachelet Bourgogne

  Two glasses from a new bottle. Tremendous depth for a wine of this category, both in the nose and in the mouth. Memories of ashes that have absorbed animal fat from grilled meat. A sacristy, something mystical, with memories of marzipan and Christmas sweets ... in May!
  On the palate the set is spectacular: harmony between length and acidity. Good length and exceptional grip. My recommendation.
  
  Dos copas de una botella nueva. Tremenda profundidad para un vino de esta categoría, tanto en nariz como en boca. Recuerdos a ceniza que ha absorbido la grasa animal de la carne a la brasa. A sacristía, a algo místico, con recuerdos a mazapán y a dulces navideños ... ¡en mayo!
  Al paladar el conjunto es espectacular: armonía entre longitud y acidez. Buena persistencia y un agarre excepcional. Mi recomendación.

  Dates soaked in coffee and chocolate but without any trace of elegance nor structure.

  Catada a ciegas sin saber que rea Nieport. Muy ligero en boca, ligeramente oscuro con ribetes transparentes.
  Dátiles en café y chocolate pero sin elegancia ni buena estructura.
  Para principiantes. Para pasar. A corrales.

  At last those notes of milky apricot, with honey and with penicillin. A joy. In the mouth with that acidity that balances the sweetness. I can not get tired of this. How difficult to reject it.
  
  Al fin esas notas a albaricoque en leche, con miel y con penicilina. La gozada.
