Degorgement 2017. These Initial need not be kept in cellar for long, this is drinking already super now. Textbook Selosse, concentration, depth, savory, sweetness, oxidative tones.
Decanted for two hours. Nose has opened up, taste balanced, soft tannins. Long finish, stays with you. Drinks very well, think this will further improve. I really liked this wine.
One hour decant. This is huge wine, lots of extract. Wine still shows reductive tones, caramel, a bit unbalanced. Needs a bit more time in bottle, already a treat to drink this.
France, Burgundy, Côte de Nuits, Gevrey-Chambertin
This has developed very well. Great concentration and depth, excellent mouthfeel, long finish. Typical Fourrier, just a lovely village Burgundy. Could drink one of this every day.
