Fairly pronounced nose of lavender, raspberry, and bit meaty. Acidic and chalky, sour cherry, and bit grassy towards the back

Strawberry and grassy nose. Bit fleshy and some acids, but a hard sour cherry note and briny, and grassy

Lots of candied red cherry on nose and palate, some acids, and a bit caramelised towards the back. Very long finish of cassis and cloves, and even a bit of meats. Caramel hints accentuated when paired with beef. Fabulous!

Blackberry and tomato leaves on nose. Somewhat spicy and savoury, with tomato and pepper, and somewhat peaty

Very herbaceous nose, with mint, liquorice, and powdery lemon flower. The minty liquorice herbs followed into the palate. Interestingly, fruits only showed up at the back and finish, of tomato, cherry, and leaf

Quite candied fruity nose with a bit of paprika. Other than rich red cherry notes, there’s little more...

Clearly an earthy and mushroomy nose, and grassy. Blackberry and cherry, as well as mushrooms and earth. Very persistent leafy notes, and cassis showed up at the finish. Nice!

Nose started with strong grape candy and sandalwood, and then some grass came about. Strangely, the sandalwood disappeared after just minutes. Some cherry, brine, and grass, and mushrooms

Candied cherries, rocket leaves and mushroom nose. On the palate it’s savoury, with rose petals, twigs, grass, and some fungals. Nice floral notes, and good persistence

Definitely some age, but surprisingly showing fruits very strongly, albeit a bit cooked and candied. Very intense, and still acidic, and warm, with candied cassis, grass, earth, mushrooms, and smoked meat. Great length. Excellent!

Started intensely fruity of cassis and raisins, yet with clove spices and greens, then later it goes into minty, peaty notes and Sichuan peppercorns, and then caramel and butterscotch. Infinitely complex, and kept evolving. I am totally bowled... Fabulous!

A fruit driven nose, of florals and red fruits. And then quite some flesh on the palate, with tomato leaves, strawberry and raspberry, and then leading to a peaty backpalate

A herbal, earthy nose, and quite savoury on the palate, and a bit of shellfish, on top of the mushrooms, grass, and forest floor. A bit of blackberry for the fruits. Nice!
