Great structure and rusticity of black & red fruits raspberry, sour cherry plus orange peel, loads of fresh eart, some sous bois with powerful tannins and great lift! Hold for another few years before opening and you will be rewarded.

Fine Wines SG - Burgundy Dinner - Nuits vs Beaune vs Chalonnaise (Praelum Wine Bistro): Clearly an earthy and mushroomy nose, and grassy. Blackberry and cherry, as well as mushrooms and earth. Very persistent leafy notes, and cassis showed up at the finish. Nice!

Visit to Faiveley - Vintage 2015 (Nuits St.Georges): This was a bit more rustic than the other wines in the range. Good dark fruit, spices and solid mid mouth fill. Will need time.
