2015 Flying Goat Cellars Pinot Blanc Crémant Goat Bubbles Sierra Madre Vineyard 88 Points
USA, California, Central Coast, Santa Maria Valley

Straw color. Citrus and yeast notes on the nose. The palate yields lemon, peach, good acidity, and is noticeably yeasty. It has a small bubble, delicate mousse.

2015 Flying Goat Cellars Brut Cuvée 90 Points
USA, California, Central Coast, Santa Barbara County
At a tasting - from an open bottle. A blend of 80% pinot noir and 20% chardonnay.
Virtually everyone at the tasting preferred this sparkler to the Cremant. A clear pale pink color. Definite red berry flavors with a touch of yeast, and good acidity in a very nicely creamy mousse.

2014 Flying Goat Cellars Pinot Noir Bassi Ranch Vineyard 88 Points
USA, California, Central Coast, San Luis Obispo County
At a tasting - from an open bottle.
The nose yielded red fruit and minerality. The palate also shows red fruits, some earth notes, and more acidity than needed to balance. Not certain if this is representative of this wine, or this bottle showing age.

2014 Flying Goat Cellars Pinot Noir Dierberg Vineyard 89 Points
USA, California, Central Coast, Santa Maria Valley

A darker nose of earth and minerality. The palate is quite earthy, with dark red fruits, some minerality, and just a touch of alcohol on the finish.
