Introduction
Every participant had to bring a wine of the theme. We did not know which wines were brought by the others. All wines were tasted blind, also without knowing when the wine you brought yourself was poured.
Several wines were brought by the director, who just came back from Chateauneuf. We did not know what he brought.

Beautiful bouquet with blossom and flowers, pear and good freshness. On the palate pear, anise, cherry candy stick, good acidity and length. Perfect wine for a hot summer day.

2017 Domaine Maby Lirac Blanc Casta Diva 88 Points

Minerals and a firm dose of oak in the bouquet. On the palate minerals, white fruits like white peach, hazel nuts, spiciness and good acidity and some pleasant bitterness. Very enjoyable wine.

In the bouquet not very expressive yet, white fruits and green herbs. On the palate white fuits, a bit fat, good acidity, some pleasant sweetness and bitterness, some peach, apricots, pepper, well integrated oak and a good length. Beautiful wine. 91 - 92

In the bouquet honey, yellow fruits like apricots and pineapple, yellow apples and some anise. On the palate quite expressive, nuts, some sweetness and slightly oxidized impressions which add to the complexity, but will probably not be liked by everybody.
