    At Flemings, served to start the dinner while waiting to be seated, nose of white pepper, slight heat, and same on the palate, tasty, creamy, nice.

    At Flemings, paired with Fried Oysters, served too warm, almost no bubbles, lots of citrus on the nose, big body, lots of flavor, nice, rich, bright, and a medium/long finish.

    At Flemings, nose of strawberry, watermelon and raspberry, great color, fine bubbles, same on the palate, medium/big body, tasty, touch simple, good acid, nice, rich, crisp, and medium finish, paired with quail knots.

    France, Champagne

    At Flemings, lots of fine bubbles, slight mousse, twice the color of the NV Rose, nose of red cherry, raspberry, strawberry, and melon, same on the palate, medium/big body, very tasty, rich, good acid, and a long, long, lovely finish, paired with Filet Mignon.

    At Flemings, nose of lemon, citrus, and spring flowers, same on the palate, medium body, slightly sweet, slightly intense, tasty, and a medium/long finish, paired with the fabulous Peach Sorbet and worked well together to bring the dinner home and end on an elegant touch.
