Kept in private storage for one year. Colour very light yellow. On the nose very expressive. Honey, spice, applepie. On the palate rich, deep and spicy. Cream, honey, spices a little grape fruit in the background. Nice acidity. This is grand!

No introduction needed. The only thing that I would add is that this has allot of bottle variation, maybe having to do with transportation and storage issues due to volume. And....A totally different animal out of Mags (+2 or 3 pts)
classic, as per. more secondary than fruit flavours. good with homemade fish and chips out of a regular wine glass. retained its mousse and flavours the next day.

Great match with lox and bagels. Citrus and yeast in the nose. Creamy fruit in the flavor. Easy to drink though enjoyable. Balanced, medium length creamy finish.

This time around I’m getting some fruit notes on the nose although they are soft. Beautifully searing acidity an light fruit as well as semi light minerality. Better showing than my last bottle. I drank out of an all purpose glass this time. Not a flute. I paired this with some seasoned semi salty chicken an it enhanced the flavor of the wine an the chicken

(NV Veuve Clicquot Champagne Brut) An older bottle, from a stash Jonathan Dinh has had for a few years - cinnamon and nutmeg nose; very tasty, minerally, tart citrus palate with great acidity; medium-plus finish
(VEUVE CLICQUOT BRUT) #5; NOSE-peanuts, very floral / lilac aspect, little papaya; TASTE-nice & dry, crisp, well-made, nice structure, good acidity on the back palate, nice, but not profound, one dimensional (pears & apples); GV-89
