Wow, the food that Jason prepared was out of this world! Wagyu tenderloin with mushrooms was awesome, and was bested by a crepe cake that he ordered from New York, which was one of my top 5 desserts of all time. The wines were also good.
2008 Delamotte Champagne Blanc de Blancs Millésimé 89 Points
France, Champagne
This champagne is definitely in the energy/mineral driven style. It seems taut right now.

2006 Dom Pérignon Champagne 92 Points
France, Champagne
This seemed a little clunky at first, but it did turn the corner. I think this drinks young. There were some pleasant brioche notes, along with almond extract and lemon.

2008 Louis Roederer Champagne Cristal Brut 96 Points
France, Champagne
The nose is fresh bread dough. At first, there was significant acid, that calmed down after about 20 minutes. This wine is explosive and amazing. The finish lingers for at least a minute.

2014 Aubert Chardonnay UV-SL Vineyard 95 Points
USA, California, Sonoma County, Sonoma Coast
Pop and pour. This chardonnay was stunning. Buttery and toasty, lively, there is key lime, stony minerality, there's just so much going on that I quickly raised my score from 93 to 94 to 95. I wouldn't argue if you scored it 96.
