    Slow ox for 4 hours before serving. Opulent and vivid, still a bit tight yet opens up bit by bit throughout our dinner. Good structure with fine tannin. Cherry, vanilla with a hint of dark chocolate. I would hold this for 3-5 years before opening another one.
