    Medium lemon colour. Some ripe pineapple and bruised apple aromas, vanilla, hay, and a bit grassy. Lemon peel, pineapple, hay, wheat, cloves, nutmeg, fern leaves, soft clay soils. Good length of ripe fruits and clay. Nice!

    Pale lemon colour. Pronounced aromas of ripe nectarine, mango, vanilla, cinnamon, even a bit honeyed. Somewhat herbal flavours, mango, dried apricot, lemon candy, lemon tart, cream, buttery. Still some acids, good weight, nice lengthy finish

    Deep garnet with fading edges. Pronounced aromas of cooked leaf, garlic, soy, blackberry, thyme. A great developed cherry cassis flavour, with sour plums, wet compost leaves, lichen fungal, slight Chinese herbs, dried roses, thyme. High tannins and mouthwatering acids. Fair finish. Nice!
