Decanted for a couple of hours, poured back into bottle and tasted for several hours after decanting. Rather firm and dense without much nuance. The quality is there. Last glass was the most giving, but even that wasn't great. Needs 10+ years.

Next to the Feusselottes this was slightly less ready and effusive. It did open up over a few hours and reach a similar level of cohesion, though I'd describe the tannins here as a touch more coarse and in need of cellar time.

Very classic with pure, rich red cherry fruit that has great concentration and is begging for more time to fully blossom. Not as nuanced as the Pousse Chambolle 1er bottles (yet) but likely a better wine with 5+ years of cellar time. Upside from here.

Gorgeous nose of smoky red cherry with spice. Fully approachable and generous on the silky, lacy palate. In a great spot now.
