Introduction
So the lockdown is over for us!
Decided to have a look into my overflowing cellar.
That said I am one of these collectors......., if the bottle size is MG++ and from one of my favorite producers, that bottle will be a (strong) buy!
Had some fine grilled meat with it, roasted iberico meat, grilled chorizos and roast beef.
A lot of salads completed the rich dishes.
A crowd of around 25+ members and friends of our Riesling-aficionado-group joint the "meeting"!
AND ALL HAVING A LOT OF FUN!

very young refreshing palate start, very floral, white peaches, very tight still, delicious creamy, but there will be a lot more in 5(+) years, HOLD if you got one, **(**+ -?), 93-95

rich, juicy delicate black fruit driven, fine cuban tobacco, some prunes in the background, silky, but with an enormous acid bite in the lingering finish,
what a pity that this bodega is insolvent, but will buy all the big bottles from this producer on the secondary market available! **(*-****), clearly around 91+

that said a not surprisingly very young mouthwatering showing,
very dense and tight, creamy intense flow over the midpalate, silky, some bread crest, green recently picked fresh apples and pears, balanced , but in this format a decade ahead easily! **(**-?), around 91,92

From DMG: huh, what a delicious smell, juicy rich peach fruit, dried apricot essence, fruitforward, balanced and with a great palate-confluence (Dictionary English?), ripe now, the cork could be pulled by a needle, maybe had some slow ox in the bottle in my cellar, but overall a delicious ripe mouthfeel, long+, ***(+)

Poured this one blind into their glasses, what to say?
Most of the pack guessed RIESLING! But there is this slightly American barrel influence, so Riesling is unlikely,
extremely tight and therefore young showing, rich, lots of fruit aromas, such as pear and slightly apricot, enormous tension, Godello? North Spain? WOW! A bottle for Riesling addicts who want to try a different showing! In this format: HOLD for a decade easily! **(**-?), around 92(+)

this can only be from Felsenberg, Nahe!
Grip, great tension, opens very much with slow ox in our glasses, getting silky, delicious stone licking, with more air creamy flow, in this format long life ahead! **(**), around 91,92

From DMG: this one shows why a large format is the best choice if you got a big cellar, my last bottle and clearly the best one,
licorice nose, some tar, juicy black fruit,
initially very fresh, young as young can be, fresh, rich, ripe tannin, therefore very well structured, enormous tension, mouthwatering still, in this format long life ahead, easily another decade! **(**+), around 92-94

Last MG of this night: as all ever enjoyed 09 Bordeaux quiet open, in our glasses singing with the slow ox, fruit forward, delicious black fruit, licorice, black pepper, all components more hidden than the bottle I tasted some months before, elegant style, great freshness, and this is not easy to get in this Bordeaux vintage, expect a lot more in 5- 10+ years, **(**-?), easily 92(+)
