    USA, California, Sonoma County, Russian River Valley

    Pale ruby color, aromatic cedar, cinnamon, berries, wood, funk, cherries and...radish? Light body, smooth acid, medium round tannins with moderate flavors of tobacco and cherries. Long finish. Good balance, nice mid-palate. A touch of heat. Wonderful complexity and non-fruit characteristics for the price. Good QPR.

    Deep red garnet color. Moderate nose of funk, wood, plum and cherry. Medium body, lively acid and medium round tannins. Moderate flavors of cherry, oak, plum, tobacco. Nice fruit. Long finish. Really nice, good balance.

    Deep ruby red color, moderate aged nose of red fruit, leather, wood, a bit tight. Medium full body, lively acid and high soft tannins. Powerful flavors of cherry, plum. Outstanding grip. Long finish. Round, balanced, great fruit. Not sure how other notes below can claim "very little tannin...", this sucker grabs you!
