There were some discussions about the quality of this bottle. It wasn't completely off but seemed very aged and uninteresting. I have consumed 2-3 bottles of this in the past where it has been a lot more fruit forward and I can't believe that it has dropped all its fruit in such a short time. 2-3 years ago since I tasted it last.
Elegant cherry fruit with a decent depth but it seems very much off balance. The alcohol is dominating and there is not a lot of joy for me in drinking this.
Very impressive wine! Compact and sweet fruit with a solid amount of vanilla. The wine is balanced with an intense acidity and harsh tannins. Still feels like a young wine! Lovely flavor depth and overall just an amazing wine!
Elegant cherry fruit with a precise and piercing acidity. There is hardly any sweetness left but a lot of floral notes and complex spices. Beautiful wine!

Lovely balance and quite elegant. There is a lot of flavor depth and still some dried fruit but overall a surprisingly easy-drinking wine. Lovely!
