Every participant had to bring a wine of the theme. We did not know which wines were brought by the others. All wines were tasted blind, also without knowing when the wine you brought yourself was poured.

Served a bit too cold there is hardly any bouquet. A little warmer, white fruits and minerals like flint stone appear. On the palate white fruits like apples, litchi, minerals, some pleasant bitterness and good acidity. Beautiful wine.

Floral and perfumed bouquet with some anise, white fruits and some tropical fruit impressions. On the palate white and yellow fruits, minerals, beautifully fresh acidity and some pleasant bitterness. Friendly wine.

Expressive and rustic bouquet with cherries and minerals like iron. On the palate dark berries and cherries, stony minerals, some salty licorice, good acidity and round tannin. Elegant wine. 89 - 90

There are dark cherries, but in fact the bouquet is quite locked. On the palate also reticent. Notes of vanilla, juicy fruits; cherries, cassis, minerals and leather as well as black olives. Lush and a great length. A lot of acidity and tannin. Probably wise to wait at least until 2025 - 2028+

Minerals, metal and good cherry fruits in the bouquet. On the palate juicy red fruits and a lot of herbs and spices, minerals, iron, good acidity and still sticky tannin. Good length.

Rustic, mineral driven bouquet with earth, spiciness and dark berries. On the palate a sweet start with ripe dark berries, good acidity and tannin, stable impressions, meaty, smoky and a good length. Really beautiful and still very youthful wine. 91+

Beautiful and complex, rustic and mineral bouquet. On the palate dark berries and cherries, minerals, stable Impressions and beautiful fruit with good freshness and acidity. Sticky and yet elegant tannin. Beautiful wine with a future of at least 5 – 8 years.

Slightly stinky, rustic bouquet with also beautiful fresh cherries and raspberries. On the palate juicy blackberries and cherries, laurel, metal, some rustic flavor and a pleasant touch of sweetness beside the good acidity and round tannin. The second day it was even more complex and lush. Truly beautiful wine with a great future of 8+ years. 93 - 95+?
