Rustic with good amount of structure. Minerally nose with fresh red fruit is much nicer than the palate, where there’s a short, bitter finish. The palate and finish really let this wine down, because there was a lot of potential on the nose.

A great wine just to have around for crushing. Pleasing, simple red fruits up front in balance with some green, minty notes and medium body and structure. Can drink any day of the week, but not very intriguing.

Smells almost candied on my second pass through the flight, which I noticed hints of on my first time through the flight. That almost jolly rancher flavor seen in carbonic maceration (and later I read it had some whole cluster, but not sure if that’s the source). But all in all, really good for those juicy, candied strawberry flavors, with nice minerality on the palate and funkiness on the nose to balance it. Medium- acid and tannin.

Very nice rich baked red fruits on the nose and palate. Long and enjoyable finish with clear presence of oak (the sweetness of the fruit and vanilla notes give it away). Clearly oaked, but not overpowering. Not my style, but seems a fine wine and deserving of a good score.

A lovely wine, but the nose is really throwing me. Definite funk, but like, a lifted funk. Something earthy and wet about it, but in the best possible way. The other tasting note said it best. So much going on, I just wish the finish was longer.
