2021 Domaine de la Motte Chablis
France, Burgundy, Chablis
Slightly peachy, a little candy floss note, slight sweet spice on the nose. Juicy, fleshy, fruit slightly muted on the plate, tangy, texture burr, slight non-intrusive alcohol warmth on the finish. Hmm. Pretty nose.

Struck match reductiveness with a little citrus and stone fruit. Juicy, tangy, grippy texture, citrus and stone fruit. Medium plus length. Okay

2021 Domaine Séguinot-Bordet Chablis
France, Burgundy, Chablis
This shows as a slightly creamier and richer version of the Dom de la Mott with, in addition, a tiny touch of bacon fat, muted stone fruit and a touch of sweet spice. Medium plus intensity acidity, textured burr tugs at the tongue, stone fruit, fleshy, needs time to gain harmony

Lemon, very slight butter, clean, pure. Medium plus intensity acidity, lemon, tangy, fresh, clean, simple, medium length, nice. Very Chablis
