Glass: Zalto Universal
Popped and poured, drunk over two days. Tasted blind. Cuvee from Riesling, Pinot blanc, Grüner Veltliner and Neuburger.
Clean, youthful medium golden color. Clean, medium intense, youthful developing nose. Stone fruit, spices, some weird wiped floor notes.
On the palate dry, medium acidity. 12,5% abv. Ripe stone fruit, spices, good structure, balanced. Medium, quite complex finish. Also with some strange, not really assignable flavors that I don't favor much. Very interesting, but not my wine. 86-88

Popped and poured, drunk over three days, tasted blind.
Clear, deep ruby color. Clean, medium intense, youthful nose. Deep, spicy, smoky, some underbrush and wet soil, quite special.
Dry, but with a lot of sweet fruit and 14% abv it tastes a bit sweet. Medium+ acidity, high tannin. One day one quite massive, mellowed down on day three. Deep, dark fruit, spices, some not assignable flavors. Good grip, dense and balanced. Medium fruity and spicy finish. Still very young, potential for at least 5+ years. Nice. 88

Glass: Zalto Universal
Popped and poured, tasted blind on day one, drunk over three days.
Clear, deep golden color. Clean, medium+ intense, developing nose. Fresh, still some citrus, honey, spices, ripe stone fruit, floral. Quite massive.
On the palate it reveals that it is a massive Auslese. Sweet, dense, creamy, almost oily. But also with a racy acidity, that struggles with taming the sweetness. Lots of ripe fruit, honey, spices. Dense, deep, complex, massive, almost mouth coating, long, spicy, fruity-sweet finish. Drinks great now, but will survive at least another decade. 92

Glass: Zalto Universal
Popped and poured, tasted blind on day one, drunk over two days.
Clear, medium amber color. Clean, medium+ intense, fully developed nose of ripe exotic fruit, some smokiness, black currant, herbs. Classic Ruwer. Needs a few hours to fully blossom.
Racy acidity handles the sweetness perfectly. 7,5% abv. Lots of garden herbs, tangerine, crushed stones, multi-layered. Long and lingering finish. Great tension and finesse, precision and focus. Drink now, it will not get any better. 93

Popped and poured, tasted blind.
Clear, youthful pale lemon color. Clean, medium+ intense, youthful nose with lots of herbs, sweet fruit, floral notes, blossoms, spices, everscent. Intense perfume, a bit penetrating. Off-dry, medium acidity. Herbaceous, floral, spicy. Very perfumed. Certainly well made, but I get headache after more than one glass. 86-87

Glass: Zalto Bordeaux
Popped and pured, drunk over two days. Quite rare to get a dry Gewürztraminer from the Mosel.
Clear, medium onion skin color. Unfiltered with lots of particles.
Clea, medium intense, developing nose. A bit oxidative/natural, muscat, floral notes.
On the palate quite dry, only 11,5% abv, medium acidity. Oxidative, orange zests, candied fruit, pepper, sesame, floral notes, chalk. Beautiful grip, medium length. Perfect wine with food. Makes fun alone, but with food it really blends in. Very interesting and beautiful. 88-89
