Light aromas of fresh brioche. Good. Kinda just tastes like normal champagne. High-minus acid. Well-integrated dosage. Nothing sticks out. It's solid but not super interesting.
A little reductive maybe? 24m French oak but it doesn't show a ton of vanilla/cream. Citrusy. Lean. Very light oak impression. High acid. Slightly bitter.
5h maceration. Med minus red in the glass. Light. Slight carbonic impression (there was indeed whole-cluster). Reminds me of a lighter Mencia. White pepper. Elevated acid. Med body. Aromatic and lovely overall.
Straight Palomino! Slight coin polish (reduction?). Some Musar wildness - oxidation? tamari? underbrush/earth?. High acid. Nice! Though the nose is a bit weird.
Medium ruby magenta. Riper than the other. A med plus acid. Medium body. Low tannins. Slight bitterness. Black pepper. It’s nice. Not as complex as the Grenache.
Old Vine Grenache. Light raspberry and strawberry. 15% but feels remarkably light. Herbs. Many shades of low ripeness Grenache fruit character. Detailed. Aromatic. This is wonderful.
Moscatel dessert wine - berries are dried on the vine then dried further...maybe spends a lot of time in barrel? I can't recall. Not as oxidative as I'd expect for this style - the wine director thinks there's some flor that develops.
Honeydew. Slightly terpenic but not peach. Sweet on the nose. Some perfume VA. Med acid. Quite sweet - feels 120g/L. Fresh. Not high enough acid in my book. Good flavors though.
High acid. Cherry. Fresh despite the age. Slight flor? Hints of nuts and nut skins. High acid. Long. Sweet - feels 120 g/L - but a lot more in balance than the Moscatel.

Beautiful. More aromatic than most. Classic Manzanilla. Well integrated, and just hitting on every level.

Aromatic. Date skins. Great depth. Delightful. It really does taste in-between a Fino and an Amontillado.
