All the wines served were popped & poured and served cold (I mean COLD)
I would have preferred that they were allow to breathe a little before serving and they should have let the temperature rise a little
I tried my best to warm each glass to near room temperature from my palms to get as much from the wine as possible.

Overall I liked the basic Riesling Trocken and the Auslese over the other 2. The Auslese nose is really rad.
2007 Weingut Keller Riesling Trocken
Germany, Rheinhessen
Popped & Poured
Colour: Light straw yellow
Nose: Citrus, slight honey, good underlying minerality, clean, a little sweaty sock
Taste: Good acidity, love the minerals, great heat control, lighter styled but not diluted, stonefruit. Very textbook, clean, good length. Will probably develop greater complexity when allowed to breathe.

2007 Weingut Keller Riesling von der Fels
Germany, Rheinhessen
Popped & Poured
Colour: Light straw yellow with an ever so slight greenish tinge
Nose: Lime & sweaty sock but tight nose, will probably be better if allowed the breathe; but so far it was a little 'meh' for me
Taste: Decent acid, great heat control, mineral driven with some grapefruit. Could have used slighly more acid as the fruit felt a little 'soft' to me

2006 Weingut Keller Riesling Limestone
Germany, Rheinhessen
Popped & Poured
Colour: A very light straw yellow
Nose: A little sweaty sock, tropical fruit but a little closed, slowly develops and almost 'savoury' component
Taste: Creamy honey, good weight, reminds me of canned lychees in syrup

2006 Weingut Keller Westhofener Kirchspiel Riesling Auslese ***
Germany, Rheinhessen
Popped & Poured
Colour: A straw yellow colour
Nose: First thing that hit me was 'forest floor'; like walking through the woods in the morning, the freshness, leaves, moss, dew etc. Beautiful. Definitely tropical fruit and some very strange slight (for lack of a better word) 'fishiness' (but in an appealing way)
Taste: Definitely sweet of course, but a good load of minerals among the tropical fruit. Lengthy finish, good acid, components of dried fruit (apricots). Really good and interesting wine.
