Fully mature and drinkable but intense enough to easily go an additional at least 5-7 years with proper cellaring - drink or hold, not sure at this point there is further upside to further cellaring. Very smooth, medium bodied, light yellow, very well balanced with a lovely long aftertaste. Warm nose with an initial slight hint of funk which blew off very quickly revealong yellow apple, persimmons and baking yeast with primary profile of pear, white peach and a floral note with a more steely underlying graphite and stone finish. |

Citrus dominates, primarily with grapefruit, but there's nice tropical fruit undertones and notes of stone fruit. There's reasonable minerality and subtle hints of baking spice. All in all, this is delightful and drinking very well with just abit of air. |
