We have some elderflower and mature apricot, but these sweeter notes are perfectly mixed with the characteristic petrol flavors, typical of this grape. On top of it, some refined gunflint notes make the bouquet of this bottle worth of several takes. The palate is bone dry, with medium to full body. in the aftertaste, notes of grass, oil, and a closing reminder of sweet apricots we found at the beginning. |
