Aroma: creamy vanilla with roasted nuts, pears and a hint of mint.
Palate: amazingly complex quince and pear flavors with tropical fruits, nuts, vanilla and butterscotch. Nice acidic backbone gives verve and energy and prevents it from being cloying.
