On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of white tree flowers, mangosteen, dragon fruit, green apple, lanolin, and limestone minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long. This is a bright and vibrant expression of Chenin Blanc and I’m here for it. Drink now to enjoy the energy and verve though, I’m sure this would age well too. |
