Beautifully clear pale straw colour in the glass with a stunning nose. White flowers, citrus fruits, hint of melon and mellow and slight oakiness. Complex and multilayered at the same time powerful and refined. Long, long finish. Gorgeous wine, brava Caroline Estime. |

The creamy-mellifluous notes were particularly prominent this evening, reminding me of fresh yogurt with honey drizzled on top. Firm acid backbone on the palate and a long finish. Great. |

On the palate, the dominant impression is rich and buttery with notes of nuts, toffee, banana and ripe pear, all supported by just enough acidity. This is pure pleasure and on par with some of the best Chardonnays I have had. Given the color and slightly subdued acidity, it may not last in this form for too many more years. |
