I think this one will need at least two years to blossom in the bottle. |

A tad perfumed, though more "zippy" and less aromatically intense than I'd expect from a Malvasia variety. Medium + intensity of aromas - I was expecting high. Palate is totally different, showing flavors of ripe white peach, ripe melon, vanilla, dried thme and wet stone. Medium + intensity of flavors. Overall nothing here to dislike. |

Medium or even medium+ body. Medium acidity. Worked beautifully with a zucchini dish and drank nicely on its own after the meal. We really enjoyed this wine. I have only one bottle left and wish I had more. |
