Light yellow color. Aromas of apples, minerals and white flowers. Unexpectedly full and round on the palate. Very balanced and integrated for a young Chablis. May gain in complexity with another year or two of bottle age.

Deep brownish/gold color. Aromas of quince, grapefruit, minerals and tea. Ripe fruit in the mouth with good depth and length and a surprising core of firm acidity. This wine while still reasonably intact, was a similar to the last bottle I drank 12/09. It lacked the richness, the sugar and the mouthfeel of bottles consumed 10 years ago. Drink up!

    4/14/2013 12:37:00 PM - I purchased 3 bottles on release in July, 1996. I did not open a bottle until 12/09. That bottle was very similar to the bottle consumed on 4/8/13. I did enjoy a 1992 Z-H Gewurtztraminer Clos Windsbuhl in 2008 ( I gave it a 91 rating).
