Rich deep gold, still a strong initial mousse that tailed off. Nose of burnt orange, light caramel and lemongrass. A little chunky on the palate, fresh still with a gentle but crisp finish. However both my wife and I independently commented that this was a lot less oxidative than the same bottling 5-7 years ago!
