SUPER Super Tuscan! Drank with my generous bro-in-law during a visit to their kick ass urban condo. Amazing depth of flavors of earth, dark fruits, spice, tobacco and chocolate. Lovely tannins and loooong finish. This wine has at least another decade of life, but man, it’s spectacular now! Enjoy!

Expected more richness, but ended up more grassy. To be fair, I don’t know much about Australian marsannes so I don’t know if I had this too early or late.

Heavy wine that reminds me of an amarone with fresh acidity. Strange combo, but that is what I was getting. Killer with 3 meat/porcini ragu.

Sadly enough, this was my last bottle. The best Loire Cab Franc that I have had. Lots of cranberry, with plenty of acid keeping it fresh.
