Vibrant aromas of soft strawberry, some red apple skins, and crusty croutons with herbs on top. Similar fantastic red fruits with luscious creamy berries on palate entry, but this time the strawberries have their green tops still on. Nice mouse. The palate is quite nice, and as its held even longer on the palate I get a bit of earthiness and mushrooms that I find quite unique. Again, after I hold it on the palate a long while I get mushrooms on the finish as well. Awesome and gritty. Yum. Really nice exuberance of fruit on the finish too. A lovely, unique Rosé.
