Full-bodied, freshly acidic and without heat from its 14.8% alcohol (when served at 60-65°F), it supports its flavors with plentiful sweet tannins and a generous amount of toasted oak. Solid on the mid-palate and lengthy on the back end, this is a delicious Washington State Cab that should show well throughout the decade. Drink now-2030. |
