There is a vibrancy in the fruits on the palate that is quite nice. Bright, leafy, green and herbal with salty, crisp red fruits on the palate and in the finish. Drink from 2024-2033. |

Long and juicy finish with hints of vanilla and leather. A good Saint-Emilion that drinks well now. Goes well with cheeses, beef or lamb. |

A bit of bitter green leaf in background. Persistent hot alcohol. Short to medium finish, but sense of alcohol lingers. |

11/19/2022 - mokadamn Likes this wine: 95 pointsThis was big out of the gate. Opened and let breathe for 3 hours prior to drinking. Deep deep color. Right away attacked with red fruit coupled with a very long finish. Incredible mouthfeel. This has years left in the bottle but is drinking incredibly right now. |

1/22/2022 - P&KCellars Likes this wine: 89 pointsNeeded a full 6 hours to decant. At first was tannic and stringent (4 hours in decanter). But by hour 6 and 7 really opened up and showed it still had fruit and earth flavors. Drink now. |

12/6/2021 - Oldmanzin Likes this wine: 93 pointsRed and blue fruit are highlighted by tobacco, limestone and graphite. Good depth and texture. The aromatics are somewhat delicate but pleasant. At age 16, this wine is performing well. I see no reason to defer gratification, but this wine has a handful of good years still in the bottle. Good juice. |

Not a bad wine, but this was likely peaked years ago. Was served blind and clearly Bordeaux, but most thought left bank. Earthy wine with fully resolved tannins. |

9/14/2020 - skifree wrote: 91 pointsThis bottle was much better than my others even though the cork was completely saturated and hard to remove. Decanted to remove sediment. Sweet red fruit, mushroom, green olive, and earth on the nose. Real minerality (a touch hard) and mushroom in the mouth, and then some drying tannins come out on the finish. Nose is killer, hence the score. |
